Tajin Sour Cream

Tajin Sour Cream

Tajin sour cream may just become your new best friend. Mild chili peppers, lime, and sea salt meet cool and creamy sour cream. Use this delicious condiment to drizzle and dip your favorite foods!

Mix & Store

We love Tajin sour cream so much that you can always find it in our refrigerator. Salt is something that we don’t shy away from and this recipe proves it. If you are sensitive to salt, start off with a small amount of Tajin. Give it a taste and season up to your liking. Store any extra in an airtight food container so it’s ready to go the next time you need it. Upon pulling it out of the fridge cold, it can be a bit thick. You may want to add very small amounts of water to loosen it back up to serve again.

Our Favorite Ways to Serve Tajin Sour Cream

If we had to pick just one entree that we would serve this on forever, it would be a taco salad. Nothing beats a bed of crisp lettuce topped with taco seasoned ground beef, sliced tomatoes, fresh bell peppers, green onions, and a sweet sweet drizzle of TSC. Of course, you could serve it on tacos as well. Fajitas, quinoa bowls, omeletes, and green chile burgers are also great contenders to be crowned with this sauce.

About that Sour Cream…

Full fat sour cream is our preferred choice, but feel free to adjust to your preference. Some people like reduced fat, while others even prefer zero fat Greek Yogurt. In this case, use whatever floats your Tajin boat! Sour cream is a great staple to keep in your RV refrigerator because it can multifunction. Use sour cream for a variety of condiments and cooking recipes. You can even find it in a squeezable pouch. The squeezable pouch is perfect for your RV fridge since it compacts down as you use the contents. No wasted space in your fridge with this packaging!

Tajin Sour Cream

Tajin Sour Cream adds a powerful flavor punch to entrees such as salads, tacos, sandwiches, and fajitas. If you are sensitive to salt, start with less Tajin seasoning and work your way up to season it to your preference. After storing this in the refrigerator you may need to add more water upon taking it out while chilled to use again.
